At Aura Soma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Aura Soma tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
